Booking Your Lessons:

 

Booking your first lesson is easy! Use the calendar to select a time that works for you. Alternatively you can  Contact the office via email or call us at 403 479 7605. When we meet we will discuss the schedule for future lessons and packages. 

 

If you are a new student, to secure your selected time slot and confirm your appointment you must pay online for your class 

 

You can either schedule a regular weekly time slot, or book one off lessons tailored to your scheduling needs.  Once your lessons start, your following lesson times will be confirmed each time you meet with your teacher. Lesson times are not set in stone, and the schedules can be flexible with enough notice, and within the constraints of the 48hr cancellation policy.

Lessons are available either as one off sessions, or with monthly membership with the option of 2 sessions per month or 4 sessions per month. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required with monthly membership, which may be cancelled at any time after the 3 months with 30 days notice.

Cancellations:

Everybody’s schedules are busy, and as a school that is structured on an hourly bases, it is incredibly important that we are informed as soon as you are aware that you are unable to attend a lesson.

 

There is currently a waiting list for private lessons. In order to allow us to schedule effectively and make sure that no one misses out on the opportunity to take lessons, we ask that you agree to the following:

 

For private lessons, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full and your cancellation will count as a used lesson.

 

Exceptional circumstances and illness will be taken into consideration.

 

If cancelling within 48 hours, we will do our best to reschedule, however with a full roster, it is challenging and you may have to wait a while for your next class.

For adult group classes, once you are registered for a course, RVS is unable to provide you with a refund or a make up class if you miss a lesson. Because of the structure of the group classes, we cannot offer repeat lessons if you miss a specific class, as they are based on group work and are scheduled in advance. You can cancel your membership to a group course with 7 days notice prior to the start of the course. 

 

Rockit Vocal Studios always takes into account sickness and unforeseen circumstances, as well as the unpredictable Calgary weather. On snow days, safety is the priority over travelling to a lesson!

Healthy Studio Policy:

 

All in person lessons follow the Alberta Vaccine Exemption Program, and we ask that all clients are fully vaccinated to attend in person lessons. Online lessons are always an option to anyone wanting to sing. 

 

If you are sick, please inform the studio asap and observe our Healthy Studio Policy! if you wish to have your lesson, please arrange to do so online so we can all stay healthy!
